But this service made all the difference, and we had the best time ever. Everything was smooth and totally stress-free because all the planning and logistics were handled for us. Our kids loved Disney and so did we because we were in good hands.Posted onVerified Another great trip with GuideMe VIP! We had another amazing trip to Orlando thanks to GuideMe VIP! This was our second trip with them and it’s worth every penny. They ensure you can just show up and have a great day without having to do hours of research before your vacation, or then bring stressed about what to do next while in the Orlando parks. Courtney is incredibly helpful and diligent with planning the trip, booking reservations, etc and was totally understanding when we had to pivot on a dime the morning we were initially scheduled to go down but had to cancel last minute due to illness. She made rebooking easy and we didn’t miss a beat. We did a virtual Magic Kingdom day with Tatyana which worked out great — she made navigating the park a breeze and minimized any wait times. Nick was also incredibly helpful throughout. We also did a day at Universal Studios with Matt. Our priority was Harry Potter World but he got us on so many more rides than we expected! He also made sure we got to experience Harry Potter World before the crowds descended which was amazing, and made sure we were first in line for the wand shop which led to the magical experience of my daughter being selected to have a wand choose her…it was truly magical. Nick was responsive, took care of every detail, and his team was beyond helpful! Tatiana was an amazing tour guide. She was excellent with our kids and got us on every ride in MK in no time. The virtual tour with Nick for HS was also seamless. They know every detail about the parks and we cannot say enough good things!
